However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return a product or request a refund. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are processed.

1. Return Eligibility

Products must be returned within 1 days of delivery.
Items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
Perishable goods such as food items are not eligible for return unless there is a quality issue.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued for products that are defective or damaged upon delivery.
If the wrong product is delivered, we will provide the correct product or issue a refund.

5. Delivery Charges

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
